OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Beauty Euphoria Aesthetics, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Aesthetic Salon. • All booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE once you have booked a date in our diary.

• In the unfortunate event of you needing to reschedule your appointment we allow this ONCE with no fee charged, if your try to rebook after the new date then you will lose your booking fee and another one will be charged to book another date.

• Training dates cannot be changed once booked. Please make sure you can attend the training in the location before booking and paying the deposit for the course as all deposits will be non refundable.

• Please make sure you turn up prepared for your training  and in the correct clothing. (This will be discussed when booking the course).

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment date or you do not show up without any contact with us you will automatically lose your booking fee and a new one will be required to rebook.

• You are required to show up alone for your treatment. If you show up with other persons they will be required to wait in the car.

• We do not allow children to the clinic. Please make sure you have adequate childcare before booking your appointment.

• If your arrive for your treatment more than ten minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled, you will lose your booking fee and will need to rebook for another date with a new booking fee.
